Instead of staying in one lane, Tracy’s career evolved into security engineering at one of the top 5 hospitals in the country — a role where precision, reliability, and accountability aren’t optional. The systems mindset he built there is now the backbone of how AmenityWorks operates.

But AmenityWorks is about more than technical ability.
It’s about mindset.

Tra is an arm wrestler, a jiu-jitsu student, a motorsports addict, and a lifelong learner. He applies that same discipline, rigor, and drive to building a company that’s a true disruptor in the home and commercial services space — the type of brand that doesn’t just compete… it changes the standard.
