Our founder, Tracy “Tra” Johnson, spent nearly a decade as a diesel mechanic working on everything from semi-trucks and construction equipment to elevators, trains, and high-performance vehicles. That experience built a core belief: systems matter and when something isn’t built right, maintained properly, or removed at the right time, it becomes a liability.

That systems mindset carried Tra into security engineering at one of the top five hospitals in the country, where precision, accountability, and reliability are non-negotiable. Today, that same approach drives how AmenityWorks delivers power washing, valet trash, junk removal, and exterior structure demolition.
