Trash-or-Treat Halloween Contest Terms and Conditions

Organizer

The Trash-or-Treat Halloween Contest (the "Contest") is organized by AmenityWorks, a company providing valet trash services, located at 1845 W University Ave #5316, Georgetown, TX 78628..

Eligibility

1. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

2. Participants must be authorized representatives of an apartment complex with up to 500 units located in Travis, Hays, Burnet, Williamson, or Bastrop counties.

3. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of AmenityWorks, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Contest Period

• The Contest begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM CDT and ends on October 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT (the "Contest Period").

• Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

How to Enter

1. Visit amenity-works.com/contest-entry-form during the Contest Period.

2. Complete the official entry form with the required information, including the participant’s name, contact details, and apartment complex information.

3. Each apartment complex may submit only one entry. Multiple entries from the same complex will be disqualified.

4. Entries must be submitted electronically. Mailed or hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.

Prizes

1. Grand Prize: One (1) apartment complex (up to 500 units, located in Travis, Hays, Burnet, Williamson, or Bastrop counties) will receive a free year of valet trash service from AmenityWorks, valued at up to $130,000, based on the number of units and service agreement.

2. Secondary Prizes: Runner-up prizes totaling $260,000 will be awarded to multiple apartment complexes. Prize details (e.g., number of winners, specific prize values) will be determined by AmenityWorks and announced at the time of winner selection.

3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other substitutes, except at the sole discretion of AmenityWorks.

4. All taxes, fees, or other costs associated with prize acceptance or use are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. Winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by AmenityWorks on or about November 20, 2025.

2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

3. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing.

4. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. The Grand Prize winner must execute a service agreement with AmenityWorks to receive the prize, subject to standard terms and conditions.

General Conditions

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of AmenityWorks, which are final and binding.

2. AmenityWorks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner.

3. AmenityWorks is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to website malfunctions or network issues.

4. In the event the Contest is compromised by any cause beyond the reasonable control of AmenityWorks, the company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant AmenityWorks the right to use their name, likeness, and apartment complex name for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

AmenityWorks, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected during the Contest will be used by AmenityWorks solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with its privacy policy, available at amenity-works.com/privacy-policy.

Governing Law

The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Georgetown, Texas.
