2.4 Missed Service: We are not responsible for missed pickups due to improper placement, overweight bins, or restricted access.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Recurring Billing: If you subscribe to recurring services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
3.3 Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or if services cannot be rendered due to our fault.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation: Some features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

  • Customer’s failure to follow preparation guidelines,

  • Damage to property resulting from unsafe or improperly stored trash,

  • Use or inability to use the website.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmenityWorks and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Williamson, TX.
